Hy. I personally just got into touch with support through live chat, although I had to play around the given options. You gotta follow this path to get live chat support:
1. BF:V Support
2. "I need help logging into my account"
3. click on chat
4. Give all the info which was asked for
5. Send it and wait.
Now I know that the account logging in problem doesn't seem to be appropriate, but by using commonsense this is the best way to get stuff done, I mean look at me, I just talked to a fantastic person through live chat, and I got my stuff sorted out in 10 minutes. Hope this helped c: !
