@SterlingARCH3R 15% is too low with the current range and no damage drop off. As I posted before you could:
1. Reduce the range from 300m to say 150m (similar to the panzerfoust) I dont think anyone would really complain about the immense damage as the only people being killed would be those who go that low to begin with or,
2. Keep the range at 300m but have a heavy drop off of damage passed to where it does something like 10% - 20% damage to aircraft at max range

I wonder if any developers are listening at all or we are just talking with each other :-/
