Full Game Won't Launch on Multiplayer, "Upgrade Now"

I've had Battlefield V purchased since Christmas of 2018 on my Xbox One. However, all of a sudden its now saying that I need to "Upgrade Now" when I try to go on to multiplayer servers because I have the trial version and not the full version. I've reset and everything I'm just hesitant to delete and reinstall if it'll go away or recharge me $60 or something. Also I've talked to EA and they said they'd fix it but anyways. Has anyone else ever experience this problem? It's not like I had EA Play or Gamepass or something I've owned it forever.
