Recon assignment Battlefield 5

reached level 20 but never got the assignment just want the god save the queen jacket.

I'm sorry but nobody here can help with missing items, as it's not possible to access game accounts for security reasons. You will need to talk to EA support, they are the only ones that are able to assist you with the issue.
