Full screen tearing after latest game update/ October Win 10 update

Hi,

i want ask you what to do when i have full screen tearing? I had no issue until yestedray, when new update with old TTK applied. I also updated my windows with October update. Now, when i launch my game i have screen tearing until i turn V-Sync ON, but i do not want play with V-Sync ON, it make input lag. Another weird thing is, that when my game is in full screen mode (in options) when i press +/- volume i see VOLUME bar, like i am not in full screen. I mean, i was able to see volume bar only in borderless screen or DX12, but now i use DX11, have full screen and have screen tearing. Does October windows update has some changes like visible volume bar during playing game or it is like i think it is, that my game is not in full screen and this also make my screen tearing? What to do now? Thanks
