Game breaking Panzerbüchse glitch
There is a Bug where you can fire the Panzerbüchse as fast as you can click:

How it is done:

It seems to be out for several months now, please fix.
Edit: it also works on other weapons.

Thanks for looking to flag glitches and cheats with us. We've had to edit your post to remove the links as sharing content that displays the activity publicly increases the changes less well intentioned players will discover and abuse them.
Instead, for cheating however, could you report them using the official channels set-up and dedicated to investigating these reports?
This guide will help with that: Report websites for cheating, hacking, and scams. Once you submit the report, it'll be on it's way to the right team and they'll look into it from there internally.
