game crash but no report sending out message(PC)

i have enable it in origin, and used ask me before sending a report, however, it didn't seem to be effective at all as there was no any report sending out message each time in crash. so how to make it work in the situation as above

    Hey @GVlXxf

    When you enabled this in Origin, did you go to Application Settings ---> Diagnostics, and scroll down to "Origin Crash Reporting" and set it to Send Automatically?

    Also, when the Game crashes, does this happen when you first load up the game, or while you're in a Match?

    i didn't want to sending it auto , i want it is effective in "asking me before sending out report" this option work, or i would just disable this option.
