Same for me. Just started the game and it crashes around 5 minutes into the game, everytime.
Specs:
RTX 2080 TI
i7 8700k
16 GB of RAM.
Windows 10 64 bit. Update 1809, latest Nvidia driver.
Playing on Ultra Settings, 4k, DX12, RTX on low.
I can't even start BFV or more correctly, the game startes and I can see a hint of the rotating symbol in the upper right corner for almost a second or two, then the window closes. I could play the beta version in September.
Compared to others I have somewhat older hardware but much much newer version of windows, 18282.rs_prerelease.181109-1613.
My first thought was to revert to an older build of windows, but the common denominator seems to be BFV not windows or hardware.
I'll attach both DXdiag and error log for those interested, some text could be in swedish, but the the important stuff is understandable.
- 7 years agoI tested a quite easy thing. I right clicked on BFV in Origin and clicked on update. A quick update started and I then started the game and...
Oh la la, it worked. At least I went through the introduction and tutorial. I'll evaluate if it will work when gaming soon. Now back to work.- 7 years ago
Tested the game with DXR disabled. No issues, at all.
Gonna try DXR out and see if I can take a screenshot of the error message. Seems related to DX12.

What is DXR and how do you disable it? I have turned off Direct X12
