Game Keeps Crashing don't know what to do HELP!

I was hoping today's patch would fix the crashes, but nope. I paid $80 for this and can't even unlock the first weapon. Time to get an Xbox and play call of duty. Cheaper and easier than this stuff!

    Community Managers - Can you give us some form of timeline of when we expect a solution on this?  At least can this issue be acknowledged in the official known issues list?
