Hey Guys,
My game keeps crashing on me after every 5 - 10 minutes when I'm in the game. Sometimes it crashes during the boot of the game itself.
However when I do get a chance to play, I have buttery smooth gameplay and I hover around 80-100 frames.
I have supplied a picture of the event details within the windows event viewer. If any additional information is required Please let me know.
Can anyone help me?

Same thing with me man. Same stupid issue making the game unplayable. NEVER had these problems with BF1
I'm having that issue today and I believe it's the update that caused this.
Same here, game keeps crashing (0xc0000005). Sometimes after 5 minutes, sometimes after 1 hour.
4790k / 1080ti / 16GB RAM, Win10 Pro x64, latest drivers
"dx11renderer and hr1" error here....
i pretty much spent the entire day (no joke) trouble shooting the problem, reading countless threads and posts. Ive done the following..Cleared and deleted origin cache, updated windows build from 1803 to 1809, updated my Realtek HD Audio driver, updated my z97 chipset driver, repaired bfv thru origin, reinstalled latest nvidia drivers, updated my killer e2200 ethernet driver, toggled between dx11 and dx12 in game. downloaded and installed 2017 visual C++ distribution x86 and x64 None of these worked to solve the problem.

There is a memory leak with this game. tonight i will try that wagnardsoft tool to help clear ram as im playing to see if that works. i will post my results tomorrow. hope this helps anyone that has this problem
Same problem here, I fixed it by removing the overclock on my GPU (GTX 1080), and my overclock was stable, I played over 100hrs of BF1 with my OC settings. Also, my card is not overheating. Please DICE fix this

It has always been this way, some systems dont work on release, but give it a year, everything runs smooth without any change on your side.
Disable Win10 Game Mode. At least this worked for me
Experiencing a whole range of crashes also. Lucky to get through a round or two without crashing. Mostly BFV.exe errors which crashes to desktop - exception code 0xc0000005. BSOD IRQL_not_less_or_equal is common.
Latest BIOS, reinstalled latest drivers (pre-cleaned with DDU). Tried everything recommended I could find. Enabled/Disabled Future Frame Rendering. GPU Memory Restriction On / Off. Frame limiter to 60 / match display. HDR off. V-sync on and off. Anything unnecessary off. Everything else low. DX11 & DX12. Both XMP enabled and disabled. Nothing overclocked. Game is otherwise running smooth as silk. Hardware is operating in healthy temp ranges etc. Deleted origin cache. Repaired BFV. Windows game mode on and off. Origin overlay on and off. Everything run as admin. Clean boot.
Ran 8 passes of memtest86 - no errors. Ran Prime95 overnight - no issues. Ran Furmark for 30 minutes and Firestrike multiple times - no issues.
It's not a lot of fun.
The only things left for me to try that I can think of:
Will attach dxdiag tonight.
