16+GB Ripjaws V RAM @ 3000Mhz OC
EVGA RTX 2070There are stutters with DXR with BFV 4/30/2019 update.

Happens with tanks, c4.
Dx11 or dx12, Ray tracing on or off. Turned down post processing to low. Streaming or not, still happens.

Installed on SSD
Really doesn't make sense to me. I don't remember this happening in my 1080 either
