A month later and still no response. This is the end of my EA Origin subscription ;-)

    @LankHoar 

    I apologize we missed your post after repeated bumps. Don't hesitate to tag a Community Manager in a reply if you fail to get any responses from CM's or the community. 

    Have you tried anything to fix this at all, such as a reinstall of the game or repairing the game files? (Right-click on BFV in Origin)

      I'm having this same problem at the same event (lady falling from rocks).  I tried to do a repair of my game files, but unfortunately this did not fix the problem.

        I can confirm this happening as well with Xbox One X. I just installed the game today and this is happening to me as well. So this bug is happening, no matter the platform.

        I can't even continue the game since it will just kick me back to menu.
