Community ManagerI apologize we missed your post after repeated bumps. Don't hesitate to tag a Community Manager in a reply if you fail to get any responses from CM's or the community.
Have you tried anything to fix this at all, such as a reinstall of the game or repairing the game files? (Right-click on BFV in Origin)
I'm having this same problem at the same event (lady falling from rocks). I tried to do a repair of my game files, but unfortunately this did not fix the problem.
I can confirm this happening as well with Xbox One X. I just installed the game today and this is happening to me as well. So this bug is happening, no matter the platform.
I can't even continue the game since it will just kick me back to menu.

Community ManagerI know it's not ideal, but are you able to complete the War Story by starting it over to get through it? Was there any sort of power outage at the time when you played it before this started to happen? Sorry to hear it's booting you back to the menu, I know that War Story does take some time to get through.
