Game stuck at 59hz

Vsync is off, my refresh rate is set to 144hz in my Nvidia settings, I have the new driver, I've been having this problem since launch, I've tried flipping from windowed to fullscreen and everything ...

Hey, which monitor do you use ?

some monitor settings with regards to higher resolution rates, the Hz can be capped at 60hz (most IPS monitors for example).

In-game you have set 144hz refresh rate but if your monitor is not providing that, you will get bottlenecked. I had a monitor where the setting to use 144hz was in the menu and I needed to use a DVI cable (not any DVI cable the one supplied!!). Some monitors you need to make sure the Display Port cable is suitable aswell.

    ACER XG270HU, in game can't be set to anything higher than 59hz.
