Game wont connect to my account ps4

Just bought the game to run multi-player with a few friends and can't get it to link to my EA account so I can run multi-player. Keeps giving me a QR code and says to reset password, which I've done ...

@drock04 To confirm under console settings does it show you connected to your network, and/or do you have PS plus for online access?

If so I would recommend reaching out to our support to look at help.ea.com to look into your account further?
