I can assure you, mate, EA takes bullying and harrassment quite seriously. I urge you to keep sending videos to the proper teams so they can look into it. It's unfortunate that things can sometimes take a while to be solved but I know it isn't on purpose.
The game offers enough colorblind options I think you'll find helpful and if people get mad you kill them with whatever weapon, that's their issue they need to deal with; it's not optimal but I advise you to turn off messages so they can't send you hatemail and maybe join some of the new community games (or create your own) where trolls usually don't frequent
