Graphic error when bleeding out

Summarize your bug After spawning I could only use my pistol all other equipment/weapons were grayed out, Also shooting with the pistol did not work properly. (at the same time my squadmates skin had a metallic look with large flat surfaces ( low polygon count) only him not any other player)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know why it happened but at the same time my squadmates skin had a metallic look with large flat surfaces ( low polygon count) only him not any other player
What happens when the bug occurs? Grey out all other weapons, only pistol available. Still, the same bug after respawn
What should be happening instead? All weapons selectable after spawning

I used the AMD 18.12.1. driver. The one in the DxDiag is after i just updated it today

That's really strange! Do you know if the drivers for your video card are all updated and all updates for Windows are installed? https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/pc-graphics-troubleshooting/#updatedrivers

That's where I recommend starting first when you're seeing green bodies like that in game. Rolling back the driver to the previous state and then manually re-downloading the driver for your video card can help correct weird graphical displays like that.

Graphic drivers are up to date (Version 18.12.3) it's been doing it since release and there have been 3 driver releases (I think) since then which I've tried all of them and still the same, Windows is also up to date, it stays on the screen until I die again

Same thing is happening to me. I have XFX RX480 8GB with 18.12.3. I found that if you go into the squads menu and then back it will go away, but it shouldn't be like that.

I came here to report the silouette ghosts as well.  I'm running an AMD R9 380 card with the 18.12.3 drivers for Windows 10 pro.  All firmware and drivers on my system are current, including BIOS.

I asked a friend, who uses an Nvidia card, if he's ever seen this problem and he has not.  It may be an AMD driver issue.

We'll make sure the team is aware of this, however I marked this as a solution so players have a workaround fix to get rid of it. 

Hey @m38gwqjnkfje I moved your post into this one since they have Vega cards as well. Does the ATL + Tab workaround fix it for you?
