Graphics Card error Battlefield 5 - does not support Directx 11 - AND IT DOES!

I see that many users have this error - how is this resolved - clearly?

  • Hi @tarterhulk

Outdated video card drivers have been known to cause to this issues, uninstall the old video driver  with Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU), is a driver removal utility that can help you completely uninstall  the old video driver.

Delete temp files: open the Start Menu and type %temp%  in the Search field  or click in the Run option in the Start Menu and type %temp% in the Run field.Press Enter and a Temp folder should open. You can delete all files found in this folder, and if any files are in use, they can be skipped.

    Restart your machine

    Install video drivers for Windows:

     AMD/ATI

    Nvidia - Auto - Manual

Go in Origin /My Game Library, right click on game icon BF V ,select Repair.

My Opinion is no more important or right than yours.I'm a gamer like you, trying to help you (i'm not an EA employee).
