@goochmiester11 , Hi thanks for posting here.. It is an awfully issue although common after latest patch.
You can try 2 things. With latest patch released today some issues are solved. When I played today I got the reports all the team and everything updates. So if not updated yet I would see if there is any update available for your platform. (Hotfix)
The 2nd option is to play practice vs players. Just play until your weapon ranks again and everything appears in your inventory after this. Class rank or weapon rank if I'm right.
