Half black screen when calling reinforcements that use binoculars

had similar in the first two weeks prior to the main soft launch.

It would happen when I accidentally looked through the binoculars then if I wanted to re-adjust the position and re-aim as such, the screen would have a black tear diagonal across the screen from top right to bottom left.

I thought this had been patched..?
