I think hardcore mode needs no killcam , no 3d spotting, no health regen, lower damage resistance overall for infantry, no minimap, lose bullets left in magazine when reloading, no ammo counter (just a colour system for the selected weapon such as red, yellow, green) and of course no health bar (would have to rely on other visual aspects). Thoughts?
@WebsterHelios Increased bullet damage! Make the guns feel like its not BB-Guns! I am soo sick of shoting ppl twice in the head, or 5-10 times with a LMG "depending on distance" its just soo unreal, it makes the game unplayable for me.
I really do feel we are not getting hardcore mode or anything close to it.
I played BF since 1942 and loved the series.
Strongpoint was that it was suitable for both novice players that could shoot without having to worry about teammates, as well as the more challenging hardcore gameplay.
But the latest games all turned out to be a total waste of money for the hardcore players.BF1 Battlefront and BF5 all lack hardcore.
Petty that EA/Dice have appreciation at all for this group of fans.
It appears the developers have lost their gamer's marbles and are up for retirement.So is this series.
I won't buy another battlefield again.
To be fair, you could easily create HC through RSP. In theory, you should be able to do the exact same thing in V (for free this time) if/when they add modifier options to Community Games
