Hi @2H22 The message shown in your screenshots is different to what you've quoted in the thread, and is normally linked to connection issues. Where are you seeing the message about your account being restricted?
I don't know why this particular message appeared on my screen, and it appeared two years ago until now and I haven't been able to play with my account since that time and this is frustrating, can you please find out why?

Alternatively, you could try contacting EA Help (help.ea.com), so they can check your account for sanctions, and they should be able to help with connection issues if there isn't a ban in place as well.
