I don't know why this particular message appeared on my screen, and it appeared two years ago until now and I haven't been able to play with my account since that time and this is frustrating, can you please find out why?

Alternatively, you could try contacting EA Help (help.ea.com), so they can check your account for sanctions, and they should be able to help with connection issues if there isn't a ban in place as well. - Unfortunately I didn't find a solution, it seems that I will not be able to play with my account and I will have to create another account to play online
