@2H22 You can try the steps in the following guides to see if they can resolve the connection issue shown in the screenshots:

Alternatively, you could try contacting EA Help (help.ea.com), so they can check your account for sanctions, and they should be able to help with connection issues if there isn't a ban in place as well. Unfortunately I didn't find a solution, it seems that I will not be able to play with my account and I will have to create another account to play online
- @ElliotLH Yes, I contacted more than one person, but to no avail, none of them could know the solution and all of them say they will communicate with me by mail, but so far three days have passed and I have not received a message by mail, I have been unable to them!
