Help me!!!

I just bought 1 months worth of EA Access to try out Battlefield V. And got a free trial of Xbox Ultimate (it comes with gold) and when I load up battlefield V it says EA account is invalid please visit help.ea.com so I cant log in and nothing explains why. I also bought battlefield V and does the same thing ive checked the WiFi and turned of the console and reinstalled it. Why is this happening

    As I have said before to other people here is how you can try to fix this issue. I was having the same problem "invalid account contact EA" . You need to go to profile.ea.com, log in with you information (same as orgin). once in check to see if your persona is selected for you PSN account, probably the same for XBox. If nothing is selected then select the one for you system. Restart your game and you should be good.
