If you were banned in Battlefield V you should receive an email from EA about that. So, please check your email. In case if you were banned, please follow this information: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
If it's not a ban and something different, please provide a screenshot with error message and attach your screenshot to your message here.
