help needed changing ea acc on bf5

Hi I've been trying to play online in battlefield but its says I need to renew an old acc which I cannot access and I've tried every way to connect my new email to it but it keeps telling me to renew...

Hey @aideks1, these sorts of issues require action outside of the game itself so I recommend you contact an EA Game Advisor as they should be able to assist you better.
