Hi everyone,
If you've checked that they're not in the Armory waiting to be claimed, you can try the suggestions in the "Item Acquisition" section of the BFV FAQ:

However, if those do not work either, you will need to try persevering with EA Help via a support case, as nobody here has the ability to add missing items to game accounts.

I'm dealing with the exact same problem and it's been about 8 tickets and they're still not able to help me. They just make excuses about the update and that it can't be added manually but it has to be done by those who have been dealing with it for months.
