"hh" prefix to any alpha-numeric characters = censor

Product: Battlefield V
Platform:PC
Please specify your platform model. PC
AMD or Nvidia Model Number 1080 Ti
Enter RAM memory size in GB 16
Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Multiplayer
Which part of the mode? Airborne
Please select your region North America
On which server did this happen? Official DICE server
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm)
Summarize your bug "hh" directly followed by any string of alpha-numeric characters gets censored in chat. I get that it could loosely involve something else, but it's a bit too much of a censor.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Type "hh" as a prefix to any alpha-numeric set of characters (e.g. "hhello").
What happens when the bug occurs? It gets censored.
What should be happening instead? There shouldn't be a censor for something like that.

  • We've seen a previous player with "hh" in their name mention this on the forums on how it affects their ability to chat and we've raised it up to the team. Thank you for spotting that out for us.

@EA_Blueberry That's unfortunate for that player lol. I hope they fix it soon.

It also happens if it's "hh" as a suffix. So, for instance, "shh". In fact, it happens if h is consecutive anywhere in any text, e.g. "vehhicle".
