high ping for north America servers

live chat don't work,call back don't work,what the *??????????????????????

why it is so hard to get answers from EA,after we pay them so much,for the game with full of bugs and problems?

"An agent is on the way" on live chat been for infinity now.

My problem is with high ping playing BF5.it renders from 65-120 ms,its leggy as poop

i talked to my internet provider and they send me this: bottom 4 are EA servers from Washington,California🏈 and main server.

I only play with North America servers.

I can't get answers from ******* EA
