The game has been subtracting kills and adding deaths randomly at the end of matches since launch; I don't see it getting fixed any time soon, if at all
Yeah I do see the difference between the leaderboard right at the end of the match, to the end of round summary. I think it has to do with counting deaths or kills at the very end of a match. DICE must've not adjusted the leaderboard right at the end of the match, or vice versa.
