0. Get yourself a precise mouse.
1. Practice in single player until you feel comfortable with the controls / aim. You don't have to be super good.
2. Be tactical and put yourself into situations where reaction time doesn't matter. Camp more / ambush when advancing. And don't run around like a headless chicken, go from cover to cover.
3. Finally if you show progress you might consider into investing a proper monitor 27" 144Hz 1440p with the necessary hardware upgrades as an addition.
