How did you manage to "Blow up the first outpost without having been detected"?

There's a video on YouTube showing a player in Japan who was able to do it after the patch which made 2 sticks of sticky dynamite not enough to destroy the Panzer IV in the village. I stealth snipped 3 or 4 soldiers in the head with the Commando Carbine that I picked up in the forest level before I got spotted so I'll have to try again. Do you guys have any recommendations on what order to dispatch the enemy soldiers?

@FMSirDouglasHaig I only killed the one outside the compound, that you run in at the start and the one behind the wall on the right, to get access to the tank without being spotted. After that I placed 3 dynamite on the tank, 1 dynamite on the canon on the left and I destroy the cannon in the back with a single grenade. You just need to time the explosion of the grenade with blowing up the dynamite and you are done.
