How do I fix this ID_SPARTA Bug. I dont get the option to update on game launch

As the title says, when I launch BF:V my game starts up with the ID_SPARTA_.. text, I dont get the two text options to update my UI and I cant fix it. I've tried deleting all folders but the settings...

    Fixed. Deleted Twinkle folder within origin document folder.
