How do you actually contact EA

How do you contact EA to make a game change suggestion or proper complaint?

I have looked everywhere and there seems no place you can actually contact EA apart from silly prefilled in issues.

I will even write an olde school letter and put it in the post if thats what needed to get in touch with a actual person at EA who understands and actually can reply!

  • There is a telephone number that you can find online.  I called it several times last week, but it won't connect you to anyone in customer support.  It tells you to do this online and then it hangs up on you.

    Hey @swampyajc,

This would largely depend on the situation you're trying to contact about, as the EA Help site will primarily be there to assist with account and technical issues rather than game suggestions.

Feedback and game suggestions are generally best placed here on the forums. While every thread may not receive a reply, we do monitor the discussions taking place here and pass the feedback and topics along to the various studios involved.

If this was regarding the subject of your earlier thread we wouldn't have any separate updates to provide at this time aside from what's already been linked, but if there was a specific other topic and you're unsure of the best place to provide that feedback, we can point you in the right direction.

Mr. Andrew Wilson, CEO of Electronic Arts.

There you go. But be polite.

    EDIT:

Ok Forum does not want me to write an EMail adress here, but it is "awilson at ea dot com"

    Or just google it.

I want to raise a proper legal issue that I believe EA are in breach of against its customers

    Hey @swampyajc,

Once a topic veers into legal territory, it's no longer a support issue which would be why there's not a support option available.

The same is true on the forums. This is not an area we're able to provide advice or support in, but you're welcome to check through our legal information below. Locking the thread at this point, thanks folks.
