Re: Missing Weapon Mastery Assignments

I am missing a weapon mastery assignment for the M2 Carbine and I keep having trouble with support. I had an issue like this previously with class assignments and the live chat support was able to manually add them to my account. However after contacting support about this issue they keep saying they can't add the assingment to my account. At the end of the chat they say that they will reach out to their team and report the issue and get it fixed, is this actually true? Since I'm pretty sure BFV lost support entirely. Someone please help me out. I know it is possible for them to add things to my account.

    UPDATE: after talking to support again I found an agent who can add things to my account, HOWEVER, It appears that the dev tools they use are a bit limited. Some weapon assignments they are able to add while others they cant. I am pretty sure that weapons added in the later pacific updates are not available in their dev tools so it seems I am out of luck. If anyone has any way to troubleshoot this please let me know asap. For now I will keep re-installing the game. I would still like to know that of they say they are reporting the issue will that actually get anywhere?
