How to refund Battlefield 5

i purchased a hard copy of the deluxe edition of Battlefield 5 for PS4 full price. This game has been nothing but a let down. I had a friend who had the game prepaid on hold but I told him to credit his money because this game is a disappointment. I'll get stuck with it but i wont let my friend waste money too. Now they are offering 50% off the game. What a slap to my face. Never again EA you have lost our trust.

If you purchased a physical copy of BF5 and wish to return it you must contact the store from which you purchased the item since you are bound by their terms of sale and return\exchange.

If your friend purchased digitally via Origin he'll have to look at the terms of the Origin Great Game guarantee here to see if he meets the criteria:

  • Unfortunately all the stores I know of will only exchange a game for the same title.
