How to set up Chinese language for BF5 (simp or tran alike)

I just download BF1 AND 5 to enjoy with my friends, but I realized while I was downloading both games, BF1 has like 12 languages such as chinese russian spanish and Arbic etc. But the BF V only had f...

I purchase the game on EA app yes in North America region.

I am not sure if there are different copy to have with limited language option (which is just stupid if you think about it, disregard the people who use the language not in their home country).

Especially the BF1, and BF4 that I purchase both have tons of languages to choice from.

And I didn't see any other support options on the website.

@AgentAlberta16 Most likely it being the North American version is the problem. The EA App handles languages by region, so I presume that Chinese wasn't a supported language.

You probably are best of trying to get a live chat with EA Help so they can take a more detailed look. These steps should give you the chat option:

- Search for 'Battlefield V' and select it.
- Select 'I need help loading my game'.
- Scroll down to 'Still need help?' and you should see the chat option.

If chat doesn't appear, log out of your account and follow the steps above again, but select the option to remain logged out when prompted.

    I bought the game using Origin but EA help won't help me. Why? Aren't these two the same thing?

    The EA App replaced Origin and handles languages differently, unfortunately. If EA Help can't assist you then you'd probably need to buy a copy that supports the languages you want to use.
