I bought Battlefield V and can’t play it

Why did I spend money on this trash and buy all of these dlc’s and whatnot if you tell me I’m stuck in a trial version of the game? Fix your nonsense or give me a refund on everything I bought for this garbage title.

Hi @MichaelStone1994 You'll probably need to reach out to EA Help (help.ea.com) for assistance with this issue. They would also be the people to speak to if you want to request a refund. This issue is usually related to account permissions, so EA support may need to amend your account settings to remove the trial player status.

Edit: If you're on Xbox, you can also try this:

Go to settings -&gt; personalization -&gt; Xbox home console -&gt; click remove as Home console. After that restart your Xbox and login to the game (you can make your Xbox the Home Xbox again afterwards).
