I can't enter the game and it's not listed
I bought a BF V last year but I can't enter the game. My game library I have other games on the list, no BF V

If you haven't already try clearing the Origin cache to see if that helps. Sometimes when you aren't seeing a game in the Library that can help. You can find more information on how to clear the cache over at the EA Help website.
If you're still not seeing BFV in your Library after that I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. For more details on how to set up a case with them check out the EA Help site. If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.
