i cant launch my battlefiled V from EA app
when i ever launch battlefiled V this window pop up. my battlefiled 1 and 2042 works good please i need help i played it before
what did i try is:
reinstall the game
reinstall EA app
check windows update

To check have you tried the following as well?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Install or Repair the VC++ files for your game (Origin or EA app)
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
