I can't log on to EA servers

Hi, I need help I can't log on to EA servers for Battlefield V. The other EA games are fine. Thank you for your help.

    Hey Atic, ich denke ich habe das gleiche Problem und habe s versucht über den Guide zu lösen aber alle versuche sind bis jetzt gescheitert. Ich Spiele BF5 auf einem Pc mit Windows 10, Habe meinen Treiber bereits geupdatet so wie Windows. BF5 Reparieren lassen und auch neu Installiert  hat nichts gebracht. Alle anderen Spiele Funktionieren ganz normal. Aber im BF5 Hauptmenü Steht das ich keine Verbindung zu EA Servern habe. Das ist Nach eine Origin Update heute Mittag aufgetreten. Kannst du oder jemand anderes mir Helfen?

    Same problem here!

    I play from Argentina, a Latin American country and I have exactly the same problem. I contacted the chat support and they tell me that everything on the servers is fine and works fine, but... No, it's okay.

    My network configuration is fine from A to Z, plus I worked in IT about 15 years ago, I would be plenty of troubleshooting network problems if there were

    I think it is something at a global level, because I also saw it yesterday searching on google of users who had consulted it yesterday 1/9 with the same problem.

    I clarify that it also happens to me in battlefield 1 which is running direct from Origin. The battlefield V is through Steam with open origin, both same result

    In both there is also a curiosity: when I open the games they are as if they were newly installed. Ask for brightness and audio settings and the "presentation mission" begins. The same thing I read that happened to other users next to the connection problem

    And finally, this happens since the other day Origin was updated automatically

    @EA_Atic Hi Atic.

    As i say bottom in this thread and others diferent players around the world, the game not connect. I try ANYTHING, and is not only the 5, BF1 is the same.
    I play BF1 from origin and BF5 from Steam (with Origin open obviusly) and both are the same error "can't connect to EA servers".

    I think the last update from Origin software few days ago broke something or....don't know!

    @EA_Atic I've tried that guide. He did absolutely everything EA recommends and more. I have been working in a NOC for 9 years and in IT for 15 years. I tested with 3 different internet connections (the 2 broadband I have at home of 150/50 and 20/6 and also the 4g of the cell phone). I even downloaded the new beta from EA that will replace Origin later.
    The problem started after the last time I played (September 1) there, when I opened origin, it was updated and it did not work anymore. I have the BF1 direct from Origin and it does not work, it does the same thing that many declare in other threads of the forum. The same happens with the BF5 that I have bought on Steam but obviously needs Origin open to work, the EXACT same problem. The game starts as if it were the first time it has been played after installing it with the presentation and the initial "mission". If I leave that to the main menu of both games, it is disconnected from EA and does not connect in any way, but in Origin it is ok.
    I also made the claim for the EA support chat, I told him everything, they did some tests and he was doing fine, he told me that the servers were up (: rolleyes 🙂.
    I was about to buy BF 2042 but now I will not do it, and I will recommend my friends not to do it, the same thing can happen to them and it does not make sense to pay not to be able to play.

    What firewall/Anti virus do you have? Something is blocking BF V from connecting. @carlumac

    Every time you start the game its acting like its the first time?

    @EA_Atic The included in windows 10. No extra soft/hard firewall, no extra AVS. I chequed so the firewall of the ISP modem-router, all open as the windows firewall, all its ok.
    Actually, I was playing perfectly until the next day when I opened origin, it was updated automatically and stopped working, both on 5 through Steam and 1 directly from Origin.
    Yes, every time I open any of the 2 games it starts as if it were just installed.
    I've already read that the exact same thing happened to other users, right here in the sub-forum are the posts and I also saw something on Reddit. That is, it is an isolated problem but at a global level, not a local country or personal pc
    Ban of account I doubt having since I always had a fair game, I play since BF 1942, I was never banned. But also in case there was an error also check that in EA and the account is ok.
    In fact I am an old schoool gamer, I only play BF on a daily basis.
