I can't play the game battlefield V

When I got to the part as shown in the picture, the game shut down. Even though I redownloaded the game or fixed the error, it's still the same

    @ElliotLH no notification, it just closes the game. Battlefield 2042 game I still play normally

    How are you even able to play BF5 on pc. EA wont even launch my game. It just crashes and brings the EA launcher up again.

    @duyino I'm not a PC player, so don't know how much I can help, but it might be worth trying the simple things like validating files in case something has become corrupted.

    @duyino It might be worth reaching out to EA Help in that case (help.ea.com). Someone here who plays on PC might be able to help, but it couldn't hurt to see what an EA advisor can suggest in the meantime.
