I have a problem with my Battlefield V. CPU 100% Usage, all the time

Hey I have a problem with my Battlefield V. Every time I play BFV my cpu goes to 100% Usage, it never goes down once I play the game. I have about 70-100fps in the game. I get some small lags. I h...

Increasing the graphics setting didn't help. I tried to unplug my graphic card, to see if I could run the game without a GPU installed, but that wasn't the problem.

Today I played some Pubg and the same problem was, that my CPU is running 100%, but with less lag. 

I tried making a user.cfg to BFV, didn't help.

I really don't know what the problem is☹️

Did you find any solution? The same happens to me, i'm not able to run the game properly. CPU stays at 90-100% and GPU 0-6%.

Specs

CPU: i5 9600k

GPU RTX 2070 super

RAM: 16 GB
