I have an account connected to my BF5 but I don't know what it is

So I just bought BF5 and apparently I have an account connected. When I check my EA accounts they all say that no XBOX account is connected, how do I see which one is connected and how do I change it...

    Hey @D3adPoolKilla,

    You can go to myaccount.ea.com and sign in with your information, to check what Accounts are connected.

    If you'd like to make any Account Changes, you would need to contact Support, which you can do here:
