I have Battlefield 5 Game Key, It Expired 7 days ago, what now?

I acquired Battlefield Game Key, But it looks like there was an expiration date on the game. I am only 8 days late, how do i get this game key active again? I tried contacting EA Support they were not much help and they told me to come here instead lol.

This is the error code that i get"The product code you entered is not valid. Please re-enter the code."

I was thinking of writing a letter to corporate on this issue, either way i would really like this game but i dont know how to get the key working again.

You would think EA would just provide me a new one after all ive spend thousands on their platform...

Its very sad how they treat their long term loyal customer...

If anyone ever had this issue please help! I don't know what to do.....

    You made sure you entered the code the correct way as it's showing on the example code in the text bar?

    No "space" inbetween, only using the "-" inbetween each block of letters.

    If there is a actual date the code expired on and you're after this date, then there is nothing we can do for you here in the forum.

    Expire dates actually tell the owner to make sure to enter the code eaely enough. 

    The only one who can actually help you to maybe get you the game active on your account is a EA Advisor helping you via the support. If you contact one via the live chat and explain the situation, they'll tell you what's possible for them to do so.

    Because some codes expire at some point and therefore it's just unlucky if someone waits too long to enter it.
