Solved

I have been banned. But have not played the game for 2 years.

I have tried to get unbanned for some time now. I plead 3 times that I have not cheated and maybe was hacked. All EA did was reset my password. I never hacked in my entire life or have not been banne...

Hi @Dostosjovski Sorry to hear this. However, the only way to appeal a ban is to go through EA's ToS team (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/), but it sounds like you've done that already and have had the appeal declined. There's no harm in trying again of course but, unless you have new evidence, then you may get the same response.

The thing is i did not cheat and have not played for 2 years. I would like to come in contact with someone from EA so they can actually tell me what I was banned for.
I paid for the game and now I'm locked out. In the case that my account was compromised should I not be able to play the game again? I have no history of "cheating" on my other  games why would I cheat in this one?
I have played BF 1, BfV, and the latest one all without cheating. I do not see why I was banned form BF V? 
Today i was in contact with one from your service team and was told I was unbanned but I just tried again and it still tells me that my online game mode is not available.
I would really like some help and be allowed back into the game to i can play with my friends. Could you not let me play and then monitor me as to see for yourself that I am infact no cheating?=

    @Dostosjovski Don't even bother coming back. Just get Hell let loose. BFV is absolutely unplayable, given how infested it is with actual cheaters.
