I have to repeat the prologue every time

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a Windows username that doesn't follow the standard A-Z letters of the English alphabet
What happens when the bug occurs? You have to play the intro over and over again, because it creates a new PROFSAVE_tmp file, and can't save the PROFSAVE file properly
What should be happening instead? PROFSAVE should be created, and you only need to play the intro mission once.

I've tried all the major fixes i read in the forum (changing ransomware protection to off, deleting BFV folder, reinstalling the game, deleting _TMP from the name of the file) and my game still refuses to save my setting and i have to replay it from the prologue.
