I play bf through game pass on PC and it keeps crashing at random points

Hello, I've recently got PC game pass and my and even older games like bf3 or even Bad company cant stay open. it just keeps crashing at random points. sometimes right as i join a game and or after a game and in the middle of one. Or even when I start it up.

I've uninstalled and redownloaded both those games and the EA launcher. Which seemed to do nothing, later I went to the properties of bf5 in the EA launcher and input "-dx11" which is supposedly makes the game run in DirectX11 and it made it run a a little more consistent. I've done troubleshot compatibility option when you right click the game, ran it as administrator and all those said its been fine.

i've looked at the requirements of the game and my PC should be good enough. I will also add that i have bought bf5 on steam and i run into the same issue but i've just chalked it up to hardware issues and i got it for the prices of a costco hotdog and dont care ab that game so never bothered till now.
