I unlocked this gun, but I can’t equip or use it??

Hi, so I was looking forward to using the STG. But, in the match that I unlocked it in my game crashed, upon restart I found the STG unlocked but with the same sort of darker tone and I was unable to...

I also have this problem, says available next round - but have played many games since and still not available
